Day 1: Marrakech – Atlas Mountains – Draa Valley – Zagora (Camel Trek & Night In desert):

The two-day offer by our agency will start from Marrakech towards Zagora. On the morning of the first day we will pick you up from the place of your stay in Marrakech or as it is named by the Amazigh people the land of GOD “Amoun N Akouch” This city is nominated as the capital of the Magherib Union. Our voyage will take you across the high Atlas mountains and pass through the Tizi N’Tichka passage, a very windy road on the mountain. Where you will stop to admire the landscape and the Amazigh hamlets. The next stop is the village of Ait Ben Haddou, where we will have lunch, whose name is taken from the Ksar of Ait Ben Haddou, a World Heritage site by UNESCO in 1987, where famous films were shot to name but a few Lawrence of Arabia, Gladiator, The Mummy. After a lunch break, you will back to the route crossing the second mountain passage Tizi N’tnifift which will lead you to meet the Ait Saoun village at the former route of the caravans coming from Tombouktou. Agdez village with its palm groves Mezguita and Fezouta palmary with Kasbahs on the route you will come to the last point of the adventure Zagora. Waiting for us you will meet your guide who will take you to the desert riding camels. At the camp, you will be served dinner listen to local music with drums, and enjoy your night in the nomadic tent.

Day 2: Zagora – Ouarzazate – Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou – Atlas Mountains – Marrakech

On the second day, you will wake up very early to watch the sunrise shining through the dunes. Then you will ride back camels to the auberge in the city while enjoying the changing of colors with the time spent. At the auberge you will have a shower and a tasty breakfast then start the voyage back to Marrakech all along the places you have seen and make stops along the way to take pictures and for lunch. Arriving in Marrakech, in the evening our driver will take you to your place of stay which will be the end of our services.

DAY 1: AIRPORT – FES (12 DAYS TOUR FROM fES)

The journey you will experience will start at the airport of Fes where our guide will take you from your place of stay to discover the city of Fez created 12 centuries ago by Moulay Idriss the second son of the first sultan of the first Arab dynasty in Morocco. The tour will take you to the old medina with its narrow streets and markets. You will see the beauty of the old medina which allows it to be recognized as a World Heritage by UNESCO. In one of the restaurants of the city, you will taste your lunch and then walk to see the most famous historical places of the city: the Al Quaraouine University created in the 6th century by Fatima El Fehriya, then have a walk at the Royal palace and visit the Boulnania Coranic school. Return to the place you stay at overnight.

DAY 2: FES- VOLUBULIS – MEKNES – FES (12 DAYS TOUR FROM fes)

On the 2nd of the 12-day tour from Fes, we will move after breakfast to Volubilis an old Roman site that represents the very southern presence of the Roman Empire then we will meet Moulay Idriss Zarhoum Village where the Mausoleum of the founder of the first Arab dynasty in Morocco and father of the founder of Fez city. After that, we will move to Meknes which is named this way since it was the place where the Miknassa Amazigh tribe settled in the 10th century. You will be served lunch near the palace of El Hadim on which the Bab Mansour great door opens and visit the Heri Soani. In the Afternoon you can enjoy a walk through the old medina of Meknes before going back to overnight in Fez.

DAY 3: FES – MERZOUGA (12 DAYS TOUR FROM fes)

The trip will start from Fez city heading towards Merzouga known for its golden desert in the southeast of Morocco. Through the route we will go drive by the city of Ifran; different from the other cities of the country Ifran has European wonderful architecture surrounded by the Cedar forest; here we can stop to feed monkeys living in that forest and enjoy the fresh air. After that we will continue the route to Midelt City; located in the middle atlas; known for its apple production and the ancient mines of Plumb. We will stop there for lunchtime and continue the trip. The next direction will be Erfoud an oasis town in eastern Morocco, crossing the Tizi Ntalghamt a passage through the mountain that will transport you to another landscape view with deserted mountains except next to the river. Arriving at Arfoud the trip we will drive directly to Merzouga stop at an auberge leave your luggage there and ride camels to the khaima “the tent” in the desert. You will be served dinner then listen to the local music with drums and dance around a campfire. In this 12-day tour from Fes, we will dedicate one day to discovering the desert of Merzouga.

DAY 4: MERZOUGA – ERG CHEBBI (12 DAYS TOUR FROM fes)

The morning in the desert will start very early to allow you to see the sunrise and the changing of color of the golden dunes with time. After that, you will ride back camels to Merzouga at a hotel where you can get a fresh shower and a tasty breakfast before going on a visit to the villages surrounding Erg Chebbi dunes such as Hassi Labied, Merdani, Khamlia, and M’fis. We will meet locals on the way to Khamlia who will show you their desert fusses. On the sand, you will probably encounter desert reptiles and mammals. Arriving in Khamilia known as the Gnawi village, black people coming from southern countries of Africa as slaves in the past were integrated into the Moroccan society. The people there will welcome you very hospitably with a cup of tea made in the desert manner (Amazigh whiskey) and listening to their lovely spiritual Gnawi music. Leaving Khamilia we will go towards the Algerian borders to have a panoramic view of the golden dunes before having a picnic lunch under the shadow of a tree. The ride will continue visiting nomads of the region living under an Amazigh tent and taking care of their herds. On the way back to Merzouga to have dinner and sleep the night at the hotel, you will come across the volcanic rocks and the Yasmina Lake where you will be surprised by the natural postcard of the dunes surrounding the lake (in spring).

DAY 5: MERZOUGA – TODRA GORGES – DADES GORGES (12 DAYS TOUR FROM fes)

The next day you will wake up early in the morning to admire the sunrise shining on the golden sand.  After that, we ride back on camels to the auberge. Where you will have a shower to refresh your body and then an appetite breakfast. Putting back your things on the bus, we will drive to Marrakech, meeting the Rissani city the former capital of the Tafilalt region, and crossroads between northern and southern regions, then the Todra Gorges a series of limestone river canyons near the Tinghir city; where the large palm forest and agriculture show in the Moroccan desert handy crafts along the way. Shaped thousands of years ago thanks to the power of water going in the river the gorge gave us a very amazing view. We will drive through the road of the thousand Kasbahs in the great palm Skoura towards the valley of Dades which also has a spectacular landscape similar to that of the Todra gorge decorated with hundreds of Kasbahs. Take the narrow road in the valley and stop by to enjoy it, have dinner, and spend the night.

DAY 6: DADES – BOUTAGHRAR-SKOURA – OUARZAZATE (12 DAYS TOUR FROM fes)

Waking up at Dades Gorges, you will have your breakfast and start traveling towards the Hollywood city of Morocco, Ouarzazate. The drive will take you through the piste Boutagherar and an oasis of Skoura which is cultivated with hectares of roses where we can stop for a lunchtime and enjoy the landscape of the region. Arriving in Ouarzazate we will visit many Cinematographic buildings. Then we can have dinner and call it a day. Tomorrow morning we will continue our 12-day tour from Fes.

DAY 7: AIT BENHADDOU – MARRAKECH (12 DAYS TOUR FROM FES)

The next morning, you will have a breakfast meal. Then we will start the trip From Ouarzazate, meeting the valley of roses which is cultivated with hectares of roses; their beauty and smell could be seen in May. The drive will take us to the Ighram “the fortified village” of Ait ben Haddou; where we will have lunch, whose name is taken from the Ksar of Ait Ben Haddou, a World Heritage site by UNESCO in 1987, where famous films were shot to name but a few as Lawrence of Arabia, Gladiator, The Mummy. Tizi Ntichka, is the next stop, a mountain wind road which we will climb to the top and take pictures of the amazing view. At the end of the road, Marrakech was known in Tamazight as Amour N Akouch or the land of GOD.

DAY 8: MARRAKECH (12 DAYS TOUR FROM fes)

This day of the 12-day tour from Fes is devoted to visiting the famous places of Marrakech. DAY 1:Arrival to Fes – Transfer to the Hotel:

On the day of your arrival to Fez in the evening, the guide will receive you at the airport and drive you directly to the place of your stay for dinner.

DAY 2: Full Day To Explore Fes:

The following day will be devoted only to visiting the city of Fez. After having breakfast, you will be able to visit the old still living city in the world with an official local guide who will take you into the traditional markets of the city stopping at the Royal Palace, the visit will take you to the oldest University in the world the mosque and Madrassa of Karaouine build by Fatima El Fehria in the 9th century. Your guide also will take you to visit the tomb of the city founder “Moulay Idriss the Second”. Here it comes to lunchtime when you will be served in a much known traditional restaurant in the Medina. In the afternoon the Najarine fountain, the old harem Garden and the Batha Museum. DAY 6: Marrakech – Atlas Mountains – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Skoura – Dades:

The trip will continue after you took your breakfast at the hotel in Marrakech. and we will drive through the High Atlas mountains which are known as the highest top in Morocco 4,167m named Toubkal go Through the Tizi N’Tichka passage on the mountain and enjoy the various landscape views. On the route, we will have a break for tea with mint or coffee at one of the Amazigh Hamlets. The next break will be at Ait Ben Hadou village to visit the Kasbah of Ait Ben Hadou; an old building that is for collective living, this Kasbah is nominated as a UNESCO Heritage in 1987. This Kasbah and the region, in general, are very important for the industry of film making (famous movies like the man who would be king in 1975 and many others) it is also a fortress on the Salt Road where caravans from different regions came to buy slaves, gold, ivory, and salt. Here we will enjoy the lunchtime special food of the region. Then we will continue the path towards the Dades Valley, through the Kalaat Magouna; a town known for its thousands of hectares of roses you can admire on May, Skoura Amazigh villages surrounding the valley of Dades; this valley which is shaped in a form of gorges long time ago, here we can spend the first night.

DAY 7: Dades – Todra Gorges – Jorf – Errissani – Merzouga (Camel Ride & Night in Desert):

The following day after your breakfast meal. The caravan will continue the road through the valley admiring the amazing rock formation ( the monkey toes) and the integration of the Kasbahs within the beautiful nature to name but a few of the amazing Kasbah of AitYul from the 19 century. Entering Tinrghir region and the Todra Valley and its panoramic landscape view and surrounding Amazigh villages. In the Todra valley, we will have a walk through the river with its amazing 300m high red cliff which is a favorite destination for many rock-limbers to practice this sport. Lunchtime will be served either in Rissani or Erfoud; two town oases in the Sahara, before leaving to Merzouga the village of the golden sand where you will be welcomed with tea with mint then check in a Hotel and leave ride camels to the camp in desert to enjoy the sunrise and spend the night under the Amazigh tent

DAY 8:Merzouga – Berber Nomad Families – Black Desert – Desert Mountains – Merzouga:

The morning in the desert will start very early to allow you to see the sunrise and the changing of color of the golden dunes with time. After that, you will ride back camels to Merzouga at the hotel where you can get a fresh shower and a tasty breakfast before going on a visit to the villages surrounding Erg Chebbi dunes such as Hassi Labied, Merdani, Khamlia andM’fis. We will meet locals on the way to Khamlia who will show you their desert fausses. On the sand, you will probably encounter desert reptiles and mammals. Arriving in khamilia known as the Gnawi village, black people coming from southern countries of Africa as slaves in the past, get integrated into Moroccan society. The people there will be welcoming you very hospitably with a cup of tea made in the desert manner (Amazigh whiskey) and listening to their lovely spiritual Gnawi music. Leaving khamilia we will go toward the Algerian borders to have a panoramic view of the golden dunes before having a picnic lunch under the shadow of a tree. The ride will continue visiting nomads of the region living under an Amazigh tent and taking care of their herds. On the way back to Merzouga to have dinner and sleep the night at the hotel, you will come across the volcanic rocks and the Yasmina Lake where you will be surprised with the natural postcard of the dunes surrounding the lake ( in spring)

DAY 9: Merzouga – Erfoud – Ziz Valley – Azrou – Ifrane – Fes:

On the morning of the 5th day, you will wake up and have your breakfast at the hotel. Then the tour will continue to Fez it’s; the old capital of Morocco known as the scientific capital of Morocco because of its old Karawiyin Madrassa or the oldest University in the world recognized; the city as a world Heritage by UNESCO in 1981. Before we come to the last After taking shower and breakfast destination and end of services, we are going to cross Errachidia the capital of the Daraa Tafillat Region, we will enjoy the Ziz gorges along the way and pass through Tunnel Zaabal which is if we can say the border to start a new landscape view. 30 minutes from the city of Midelt; there is the Tizi N’talghamt or the passage of the camel in the Middle Atlas mountain, we will pass from Midelt city which is known for its apple production and old Plumb mines of Minladen and Ahouli. DAY 1:Arrival to Fes – Transfer to the Hotel:

Program of the 5 Days Tour from Fes to Marrakech

Day 1: Fes – Ifrane – Azrou – Ziz Valley – Erfoud–Merzouga:

The trip will start from Fez city; recognized as an international heritage by UNESCO, we will first meet at the hotel or raid where you are booked. Heading towards Merzouga known for its golden desert in the southeast of Morocco. Through the route we will drive by the city of Ifran; different from the other cities of the country Ifran has European wonderful architecture surrounded by the Cedar forest; here we can stop to feed monkeys living in that forest and enjoy the fresh air. After that we will continue the route to Midelt City; located in the middle atlas; known for its apple production and the ancient mines of Plumb. We will stop there for lunchtime and continue the trip. The next direction will be Erfoud an oasis town in eastern Morocco, crossing the Tizi Ntalghamt a passage through the mountain that will transport you to another landscape view with deserted mountains except next to the river. Arriving at Arfoud the trip we will drive directly to Merzouga stop at an auberge leave your luggage there and ride camels to the khaima “the tent” in the desert. You will be served dinner then listen to the local music with drums and dance around a campfire.

Where are traditional ksour and desert villages and the Mausoleum of the first Alaouite Sultan Moulay Ali Cherif, the grandfather of the current King of Morocco? There we will be served lunch and continue the journey towards the Todra gorges through the Amazigh villages near the Oasis of Tinghir surrounded by the mountain of the High Atlas. Arriving at the Gorges where you spend the night you will be amazed by the shape of the limestone shaped years ago by the power of water, this place is known for rock climbing sport.

Day 4: Todra Gorges – Dades Gorges – Roses Valley – Skoura–Ouarzazate:

Waking up at Dades Gorges, you will have your breakfast and start traveling towards the Hollywood city of Morocco, Ouarzazate. The drive will take you through the piste Boutagherar and the oasis of Skoura which is cultivated with hectares of roses where we can stop for a lunchtime and enjoy the landscape of the region. Arriving in Ouarzazate we will visit many Cinematographic buildings. Then we can have dinner and call it a day

Day 5: Ouarzazate – Kasbah AitBenhaddou – High Atlas Mountains – Marrakech

The next morning, you will have a breakfast meal. Then we will start the trip From Ouarzazate. The drive will take us to the Ighram “the fortified village” of Ait ben Haddou; where we will have lunch, this village took its name from the Ksar (collective living building) of Ait Ben Haddou, a World Heritage site, where the famous films were shot to name but a few as Lawrence of Arabia, Gladiator, The Mummy. Going via the Tizi N’Tichka mountain passage at the high Atlas, you will have some time to take pictures of the mountain winds.
