What are Marrakech desert tours?

Marrakech desert tours are tours that start from Marrakech, and visit the Moroccan Sahara desert and many other interesting spots along the way, during 2-7 days. First, the tours start from Marrakech, by touring the Red City; Marrakech is quite a diverse city, where modernity and tradition are combined to give us the most visited city in Morocco by tourists. After the tour leaves Erg Chebbi dunes, it usually visits many other villages and towns in the area of the great Oasis of Tafilalt, most notably:  Khamlia, Erfoud, Erissani, and Tinjedad.  The tours usually return to Marrakech, however, many tours continue towards Fez passing by many significant Berber towns like Midelt, which is known for minerals and apples, and Azerou and Ifrane, which are two beautiful towns near the cedar forests where there are monkeys. You can also expect a tour of Meknes, which is a recommended thing; given that Meknes has some cool historical sites, And also Volubilis the remains of an old Roman city. A guided tour in Fez is also something recommended; Fez has within its confines the dawn of the Islamic era of Morocco that started back 12 centuries ago.
