Day 1: Arrival in Marrakech

Upon arrival at Marrakech Menara Airport, you will be met by your driver and transferred to your hotel or riad in the heart of the city. Depending on your arrival time, you may enjoy a first introduction to Marrakech with a short walk around the nearby area or relax after your journey. In the evening, you can explore Jemaa El Fna Square, where storytellers, musicians, and food stalls bring the city to life. Overnight stay in Marrakech.

Day 2: Guided Exploration of Marrakech

Today is dedicated to discovering Marrakech, one of Morocco’s most vibrant imperial cities. With a local guide, visit the Koutoubia Mosque from the outside, admired for its iconic minaret. Continue to the Saadian Tombs, showcasing exquisite craftsmanship from the Saadian dynasty, and explore the stunning Bahia Palace with its ornate courtyards and gardens.

Wander through the bustling medina and traditional souks, where artisans craft leather goods, lanterns, spices, and textiles. Later, enjoy a visit to the Majorelle Garden (optional), a peaceful botanical oasis. The afternoon is free to relax at your riad or enjoy a traditional hammam. Overnight in Marrakech.

Day 3: Marrakech → Aït Ben Haddou → Boumalne Dades

After breakfast, depart Marrakech and head toward the High Atlas Mountains. Travel along the scenic Tizi n’Tichka Pass, stopping to admire panoramic mountain views and traditional Berber villages. Continue to the UNESCO-listed Aït Ben Haddou, a fortified village famous for its earthen architecture and role as a backdrop for many international films. Day 5: Merzouga Desert Exploration

After watching the sunrise over the dunes, enjoy breakfast at the camp. Today is dedicated to exploring the Merzouga region. Travel by 4×4 to visit nomadic families and learn about their traditional desert lifestyle. Discover the village of Khamlia, known for its Gnawa music, and enjoy a live performance.

Visit seasonal desert lakes (when present) that attract flamingos and other birds. In the afternoon, return to Merzouga village or relax at your accommodation. You may choose to try sandboarding or take a walk on the dunes. Dinner and overnight near the desert.

Day 6: Merzouga → Rissani → Azrou → Fes

Day 7: Guided Tour of Fes

Day 8: Transfer to Fes Airport
